The Mini Hoard is a long-lasting detector and is waterproof up to 1 m under water. So your little adventurer can safely search the beach and the waterfront, and it's no problem if the detector accidentally falls into the water. After an adventurous search day, the device can of course also be rinsed off completely under the tap. The Mini Hoard has an armrest for more comfort when swiveling the detector back and forth, a base on which the Mini Hoard remains stable when it is set aside, a telescopic linkage that can be adjusted to a length of 65 to 90 cm and a 15 cm / 6 "search coil including coil protection. With its 15 kHz, the search coil offers an ideal search depth for children aged 4 to 8 years.
The mini hoard is very easy to use with 2 buttons. The right button is used to switch the detector on and off and to switch the iron search on and off. The left button is the pinpoint function to determine exactly where the object is. The clear display shows with emoticons if it is an iron object and if it is a non-iron object (precious metal). For example, an unhappy thumb-down smiley stands for an iron object and a smiling thumb-up smiley stands for a valuable object (non-iron object). You can also read the depth of the object in 3 segments and the battery indicator.
